OVERVIEW

This 8-day Luxury safari on the northern circuit of Tanzania takes you to the most famous and incredible parks. You will visit major parks, including Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. In Tarangire, you’ll be amazed by the large African elephants and ancient baobab trees. Ngorogoro Crater will be the icing on the cake, providing a chance to witness endangered black rhinos. Serengeti, a major highlight of the tour, offers the opportunity to observe the northern Serengeti following the great migration on the Mara River. You’ll stay in luxury lodges with private showers.

DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT TO ARUSHA

Upon arrival at the airport in Arusha (ARK) or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be met and welcomed by your representative from Bapta African Safaris. A brief will be provided before driving to your lodgings in Arusha for an overnight stay.

DAY 2: ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Early morning after breakfast at your Arusha hotel, your personal driver guide will pick you up for a drive to Tarangire National Park. The drive takes approximately 2.5 hours to the gate. Tarangire is known for its elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. You’ll spot various animals and bird species.

Early morning after breakfast at your Karatu lodge, you will depart straight to Serengeti National Park passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Serengeti is famous for its abundant wildlife and the annual Great Migration. Explore the park’s diverse ecosystems and wildlife populations.

Drive to the northern part of Serengeti, known as kogatende, following the Great Migration. Experience a game drive en-route and observe giraffes, buffalo herds, and elephants. Witness the annual migration phenomenon and enjoy lunch before reaching your partner tented camp for dinner and overnight.
